My name is Rachel and I'm 26 years old. Five years ago, I moved to the Netherlands to start a new life with my husband, Marcel. I studied English Education at university, but now make a living as a web designer/photographer. My work allows me to meet and do work for a wide variety of clients: from non-profit organisations to political figures. I can't complain really. I've been leaving footprints on the web since 1997. My other websites include the online photo magazine 28MM, and the now defunct mood-indigo.net. Should I ever publish a book of photography, I will dedicate it to my dad. I learned most of what I know about photography from him. The photographs here were taken either with a Nikon 990, Nikon FE, Canon EOS 300, Lomo LC-A, Lomo ActionSampler, Rolleicord 6x6 TLR, Ricoh TSL, or a Polaroid 600. And yes, I really do use them all. brownglasses.com is powered by a homemade CMS programmed by Marcel. He's a PHP/MySQL whiz.  |
