Thanks to everyone for answering my question yesterday. After this weekend, I should be pinging automatically.

Had a pinched nerve under my shoulder blade yesterday, Immobility for almost 2-hours. I think my body is telling me I need to start exercising again.
We let the elderly people scare us away, like they owned the pool. I know better now.
