I have a hard time sharing what I feel sometimes. When I'm upset about something (most of the time work/client related), I say nothing. I fume at my desk and then push the feelings deeper inside and that has lead me to feeling stressed. I can't sleep at night.
So today instead of being upset and annoyed, I picked up the phone and gingerly explained my concern. We talked, we laughed, and I hung up the phone feeling good. Liberated. At peace.
I will sleep well tonight.
